📋THE CAMPING - CONDITIONS📋
·To formalize the accommodation reservation at the Era Yerla d'Arties campsite, 50% of the total stay must be made by credit card. The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival at the Camping.
·The price of the accommodation includes the bed linen (in all the models of Bungalows) DOES NOT INCLUDE TOWELS. If you wish, the Camping Era yerla d'Arties puts at your disposal a towel rental.
-In winter, heating is included in the price. The rest of the seasons, if you want heating, a supplement of 15 € will be charged.
·A deposit of 50 € is required upon arrival at the campsite as a guarantee for any damage or final cleaning condition of the accommodation that will be returned upon departure once the staff of Camping Era yerla d'Arties has reviewed the accommodation.
The accommodation must be left as it was found, with the kitchen utensils cleaned and collected and the trash deposited in the containers for that purpose. Otherwise, 30 €will be deducted from the deposit.

· The maximum capacity indicated for each accommodation can never be exceeded 👨👦👦
· The time of entry is from 4pm and the departure time before 11am 🕒
· Pets are not allowed 🚫🐶
🚫CANCELLATIONS🚫
· In case of cancellation of the reservation, our policy is as follows:
· 📅⤴️Cancellation on High Season:
- 30 days before the arrival date: 95% refund of the advance amount.
- More than 15 days from the date of arrival: return of 50% of the advance amount
- Less than 15 days: loss of the advance amount.
· 📅⬇️Cancellation on Mid Season or Low Season:
- 15 days before the arrival date: 95% refund of the advance amount.
- More than 7 days from the date of arrival: return of 50% of the advance amount
- Less than 7 days: loss of the advance amount.
⚠️The campsite reserves the right to make reservations with minimum stay of nights.
